Guest house "Kalnu pūpoli" is located on the shore of Lake Šenheida, 23 km from Daugavpils. Using bus route 6169 Daugavpils-Silene-Shengeida, you should get off at the Vārpene stop, which is a 25-minute walk from the guest house. The bus list is available here.

 

Driving in the direction from Daugavpils

On the left bank of the Daugava in Daugavpils, you have to go to Sēlijas iela (road P68) in the direction of the Belarusian border. Leaving Daugavpils, continue driving along road P68. Between the bus stops "Mežsargs" and "Vārpene" you have to turn right (directional sign "Kalnu Pūpoli" will be on the road). Continue straight for 2km.
